Silent Radio Customer Service Upgrade Information

After over 15 years of news and sports updates on the existing SilentRadio LED Display signs, the SilentRadio broadcast service is now upgrading to a new digital platform. We are very excited about the capabilities of this new system…..and we are even more pleased to report that there will be no more CODE “A” messages or wired antennas and cables to trace. The new system is WIRELESS. As a result it will be necessary for our customers to upgrade their display equipment. Visual Communications is doing everything possible to make the equipment upgrade affordable for all of our existing customers that have been with us over the years….we appreciate your business.

Some of the benefits of the new system include:

- Displays come in various sizes and configurations, from the 29” inch length display, to a two line model from 28”– 64” inch length, and other custom units of any length. Most displays come with advanced technology tri-color LED’s.

- Fast updates with no cables, wires, or outdoor antennas.

- Special purchase price and rental programs available.

- Wireless keypad included with all displays and a designated memory slot to program your own promotional messages and change them as often as you like.

Sports Feed:

Now providing the fastest score updates possible…..AND all line information including:

Football: opening point spreads / current spread with changes, totals, injury reports, game day weather forecasts.

Basketball: point spreads and totals.

Hockey, Baseball, Golf, NASCAR !!!!! if it’s sports, it’s updated HERE !!.

Game recaps with scoring highlights for ALL sports plus top stories.

News Feed:

Provides general news and entertainment information including world and national news, business stories and hourly stock market updates, most actives/ stock summaries for losers and gainers on a daily basis. Also, movie, TV, and entertainment features and horoscopes…….lots more.

Displays include all necessary mounting brackets for ceiling or wall mount.

Easy to install….. just hang or mount display and plug in.

Optional: Installation by VCI available for one-time additional cost
